MODEL RELEASE & AUTHORIZATION

- I hereby give GunnerWorld.com, also
known as Gunner Worldwide, their photographers,
representatives, distributors and any others acting on its behalf,
my unconditional and irrevocable permission to use, copyright
and publish any photographs, still photography (digital
electronic photographs and/or printed photographs), and/or video
tape/film photography or any media deemed to be photography of me, accompanied by the name and the personal
details I supply for publication.

- I hereby waive Gunner Worldwide all
rights to compensation for these photographs regardless of how
they are displayed. And I waive any right to inspect or approve
the manner in which my photographs or accompanying material appears
in print media, advertising, merchandise/promotional material,
electronic retrieval systems (the Internet/World Wide Web) or
any media which Gunner Worldwide representatives see appropriate
for use in all domestic and foreign markets.
- I release from all legal claims that
may come as a result of the publishing of my photos. I hereby
state that I am not bound by contract to any other print or electronic
magazine or photographer and am free to grant Gunner Worldwide
permission to publish my photos.

Worldwide products and fully understand and comply with the way
my photographs will be utilized. I understand that submitted
photographs cannot be returned.
- I am at least 18 years of age and am
legally, mentally and otherwise fully competent in my own name.

agree to its contents. I have not been induced or coerced in
any way into signing this agreement other than with the promises
and representations made within.
